a. Classes Available through LFI

For any course, you need either a copy of your carry permit, or a letter of
reference from an attorney or local law enforcement chief, or proof of
employment as a law enforcement officer. That is, you need what Ayoob calls
certification that your are a "card carrying good guy."
- Introduction to Combat Handgun -- 8 hours, 250 rounds
- Intensive Handgun: SemiAutomatic -- 16 hours, 500 rounds
- Intensive Handgun: Revolver -- 16 hours, 500 rounds
- StressFire -- 20 hours, 500 rounds handgun ammo
- Combat Shotgun -- 16 hours, 500 rounds shot/slug
- LFI-I, The Judicious Use of Lethal Force
-- 40 hours, 5-days, $600, 500 rounds
- >LFI-II, Threat Management for Civilians -- LFI-I is a
prerequisite. 40 hours, 5-days, $600, 500 rounds handgun, 100 rounds shotgun
(shotgun can be provided)
- LFI-III, Advanced Threat Management for Civilians -- LFI-II is a
prerequisite. 40 hours, 5 days, $800, 1000 rounds handgun, 100 rounds rifle,
100 rounds shotgun and 500 rounds SMG (rifles, shotguns, submachine guns can
be provided).

classes in unarmed defense tactics, kubotan, and knife-encounter courses.
