This program is implemented as a gesture of gratitude, particularly for professionals in public service such as law enforcement, military, EMTs, and firefighters. For example, while the retail price of Gen 4 Glock models in stores is usually around $600, under this program, a Glock 19 model is offered to eligible individuals for approximately $425. This allows the user to save nearly $150–$175.

- Retired law enforcement officers (with retired credentials)
- EMTs, firefighters, volunteer firefighters, paramedics
- Correctional officers, including parole and probation officers

- Court judges, district attorneys, deputy district attorneys
- Law enforcement academy cadets
- Retired military personnel (an honorable discharge alone is not sufficient; you must be “retired”)
Almost all Glock models are available under the program; however, users are not permitted to purchase more than a specific number of firearms per year. Additionally, GSSF (Glock Shooting Sports Foundation) members can purchase one Glock per year starting from their second year of membership.
